Practice Approach

 

Our firm assists clients in three primary areas –
regulatory counseling, litigation and transactional support.

We also have several Areas of Focus that often span each of these four practice areas. All of our lawyers regularly collaborate on the wide variety of environmental matters handled by the firm. We do not have separate departments, as is typical of large law firms with multiple, formal departments. A team effort among attorneys with different backgrounds has been and will continue to be a critical factor in our ability to creatively solve our clients’ most difficult environmental problems.
