Balance.
The nature
of business.
As in nature, the ideal environment for a business is a consistent balance between operations and the laws that govern them. This is especially true when it comes to environmental protection.
Guida, Slavich & Flores, P.C., with its principal office in Dallas, Texas, exists to help businesses and individuals achieve a lasting harmony by helping them solve environmental issues they face, and by putting measures in place to help them maintain balance between their business, the laws of nature, the laws of the market, and the laws of government.
We offer high quality legal services centered on environmental law, that help align our clients’ business objectives with the complex maze of environmental laws, and if necessary, we defend their rights in state and federal courts.
