The firm assists clients in resolving matters at all levels of government, from permitting issues to legislative policymaking. David Whitten’s 28 years of experience, beginning as a Congressional Committee Counsel in 1979, and later as a registered lobbyist before the United States Congress and the Texas Legislature, is complemented by the extensive experience of our other attorneys working with federal, state and local regulatory agencies and officials. We utilize a team approach in legislative matters to more effectively represent our clients, allowing each member of the team to contribute valuable experience and skills. Our experience in serving hundreds of clients with regulatory counseling, litigation services, and transactional support gives us a depth of insight into the legislative and regulatory policies that impact business.

Please feel free to contact any of us to discuss how we might assist you.
