Firm Presents Environmental Briefing for the Texas Natural Gas Industry

Guida, Slavich & Flores, P.C. attorneys hosted a breakfast briefing for the Texas natural gas industry on October 26, 2010. Texas’ natural gas industry is facing substantial change arising from new federal and state environmental laws and regulations, and shifting public and political attitudes. This is particularly the case for Barnett Shale operations. In order to further assist our clients in this area, firm attorney addressed a number of relevant topics. Howard L.
