 Howard L. Gilberg Joins Trinity Commons Foundation Board
Howard L. Gilberg, Guida, Slavich & Flores, P.C. shareholder, has been appointed to the
Trinity Commons Foundation Board. The Trinity Commons Foundation is the coordinating
organization for various local, state and federal government initiatives and private
financial interests in the Trinity River Corridor Project. Mr. Gilberg's environmental
legal expertise will augment the efforts of the other civic leaders and private individuals
on the Board in providing the needed community leadership necessary to make this project
a reality for Dallas. In addition to increased flood protection, wetlands and forest
preservation, improved transportation infrastructure and the potential for the redevelopment
of environmentally impacted property near downtown, Dallas citizens and visitors will benefit
from the hiking, biking and equestrian trails, recreational facilities and the beauty of the
signature Calatrava-designed bridges that will eventually join north and south Dallas.
