Carrick Brooke-Davidson Joins the Firm to Open its Austin Office

Guida, Slavich & Flores is pleased to announce the opening of the firm’s Austin, Texas office, with Carrick Brooke-Davidson as the firm's resident shareholder. Mr. Brooke-Davidson has been in private practice in Austin since 1997, following 12 years of service as an attorney for the United States Department of Justice. His practice has involved litigation, arbitration, enforcement, permitting, transactions, and counseling involving a variety of clients and industries. Mr. Brooke-Davidson was named as one of The Best Lawyers in America for 2008 in the field of environmental law. He received his law degree from the University of Texas and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to attending law school, he worked as an environmental consultant, focusing on air quality matters.
