  In 1989, our attorneys represented a client in one of the first administrative enforcement actions under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986 in EPA Region VIII. The firm also has been engaged in significant compliance counseling on this program for other clients. Joe Guida helped establish, and has served as a member of, the Dallas County Local Emergency Planning Committee (“LEPC”), which was appointed pursuant to EPCRA and chaired the LEPC’s “Right-To-Know” Committee.
