Lenders and investors need to understand the potential environmental risks and liabilities posed by their business deals. We understand the complexities of financial transactions and combine our regulatory and transactional expertise to provide asset protection to our lender and investor clients. We assist clients in identifying environmental risks and developing strategies to avoid or manage those risks. Strategies can include deal structuring, contractual risk allocation, and environmental insurance.

We regularly work with transaction counsel to assist with due diligence investigation, operational analysis, and general environmental risk analysis. We also work closely with technical consultants to provide an integrated approach to solving environmental problems.
