  Environmental law has a sweeping impact on industrial activity. Light and heavy industrial companies, big and small, face environmental issues in nearly every aspect of their operations. In many cases, the development of environmental law has created tension between the laws of the marketplace and the laws of government. From the outset, we have been dedicated to helping clients find the optimal balance between the objectives of production and compliance.

We provide services to industrial clients in the planning, strategy-setting, and execution of their business objectives within the complex maze of environmental laws, including regulatory compliance counseling, deal structuring, transactional negotiations, and litigation. In some cases, we are asked to assist clients with specific environmental matters. For other clients, especially those that do not have internal environmental staffs, we serve as outside general counsel with regard to environmental matters impacting the company.
