Our firm assists clients in four primary areas—regulatory
counseling, litigation,
transactional
support, and governmental
affairs.
We also have several areas of special focus that often span each of these four
practice areas. All of our lawyers regularly collaborate on the wide variety of
environmental matters handled by the firm. We do not have separate departments, as is typical of large law firms with multiple,
formal departments. A team effort among attorneys with different
backgrounds has been and will continue to be a critical
factor in our ability to creatively solve our clients’ most difficult environmental
problems.
